چکیده
This study aimed at intracellular biosynthesis of selenium nanoparticles using Lactobacillus pentosusADEB (LP) and the greenly fabricated were characterized based on visual observation, spectroscopy, microscopy, energy dispersive X-rays, X-ray Diffraction, dynamic light scattering properties. The antibacterial activities (LP-SeNPs) against selected foodborne pathogens evaluated. A gradual change in colour from brown to reddish indicates formation Nano-selenium. highest absorption peak for LP-SeNPs was visible between 200-300nm. FTIR analysis shows major peaks around 1635.40, 1587.31 2163.00, 2936.70, 2968.50, 3254.38 cm-1 indicate presence amides nanoparticle surface. SEM TEM extrusion spherical shape SeNPS pentosus cell membrane which synthesis nanoparticles. crystalline with an average diameter 106.1 nm a polydispersity index 0.295. Elemental 1.37 Kev present culture had antagonistic pathogens. have activity all test Salmonella arizonae (11.3 mm). In conclusion, broad-spectrum food-borne addition food can be added advantage controlling

متن کاملIn vitro Evaluation of the antibacterial activity of Platelet-rich Plasma against Selected Oral and Periodontal Pathogens
Background: Despite the availability of a wide range of antibiotics, bacterial infections are among important challenges for the healthcare system. Therefore, the introduction of new antimicrobial preparations such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) could be suggested theoretically as a preventive measure for bacterial infections. We aimed to evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of PRP again...
